We operate under a simple Flexible Stay Option, offering as little as a 90-day  minimum stay.



Hassle-Free Inclusions

Utilities and high-speed internet are always included (electricity, water, sewer, garbage/recycling) with generous allowances (up to $250/month in Charlotte, $300/month in Columbia). No setup in your name required.

Move-In Ready Options

 Choose furnished homes (complete with premium furniture, housewares, and modern decor) or unfurnished to personalize your space.

Added Peace of Mind

Use our preferred professional moving services for large furniture and proactive management for quick maintenance and support.
