GMG Spaces offers flexibility, comfort, and structure without long-term lock-in.

We operate using a Residential License Agreement which allows for a minimum 90-day commitment, automatic 30-day renewals, and the ability to end your stay with written notice once the minimum term is complete.
Who is GMG Spaces best for? ▾
GMG Spaces is designed for individuals and families seeking flexibility without sacrificing stability.

Ideal for professionals on assignment, families in transition, relocations, and corporate housing needs.

Our homes are not designed for short-term stays, parties, or vacation use.
What are your monthly rates? ▾
Monthly rates vary by location and home type.

• Charlotte homes: $2,550 to $4,000
• Columbia furnished townhomes: $2,550 to $3,250

Exact pricing is shown after selecting a specific home.
What is the minimum stay? ▾
All stays require a minimum 90-day commitment.

After the initial term, stays renew automatically in 30-day increments unless proper notice is provided.
How does ending my stay work? ▾
After the initial 90 days, written notice must be submitted before the next renewal cycle.

Stays renew in full calendar months. Partial-month terminations are not available.
What is the Security Hold? ▾
A refundable Security Hold equal to the first month’s rent is required for all stays.

This hold protects against damages, unpaid balances, or violations of the License Agreement.

If the home is returned in good condition and all balances are satisfied, the Security Hold is released within 30 days of move-out.
What is included with furnished stays? ▾
Furnished homes include furniture, housewares, and decor.

Utilities and internet are included only for corporate stays between 4–6 months.
What is included with unfurnished stays? ▾
Unfurnished homes allow residents to bring their own furniture.

Utilities and internet are included only for corporate stays between 4–6 months.
Do I need to set up utilities? ▾
For corporate stays between 4–6 months, utilities are included and do not need to be placed in your name.

Utility allowances:
• Columbia: up to $300
• Charlotte: up to $250

Usage above the allowance will be billed.
Is renters’ insurance required? ▾
Yes. Renters’ insurance with at least $100,000 liability coverage is required, with GMG Spaces listed as an additional interest.
Are there any fees? ▾
• Application fee: $45
• Move-out cleaning: $250
• Pet fees apply with approval
• Lost garage remote: $150
Is smoking allowed? ▾
No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property.
